Embarassing lack of activity since the wedding :-(
I’m back on the exercise Sweat 365 wagon. Even though I haven’t posted anything this year, there has been activity but not in any kind of serious way.
Weddings are a great motivator for keeping up the fitness routine. Our wedding has passed but we have a marathon of weddings to attend starting in a few weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if I can keep up the training while traveling all over the place.
